Some pics you've gotta see

Two years ago we completed what we called "The Dave Tate Project".  In that body transformation experiment, we took a 300lb powerlifter who ate over 10,000 calories a day of junk food (no, that's not a typo) and helped him slash his body fat to about 6%.

In addition, last year we kicked off "The Valerie Waugaman Project".  In that experiment we used some very non-conventional training and nutrition ideas to help IFBB pro figure competitor Valerie Waugaman win 2 professional figure competitions AND land a gig on the hit NBC show American Gladiators.

With the success of our last two physique projects, this year we decided to take on a new challenge.  And over the last 12 weeks our PN Director of Customer and Expert Relations, Amanda Graydon, has been discovering what it takes to get "figure-competitor lean."

She wanted to compete in her first figure contest – and she did – this past weekend.  And believe you me, we've got the pictures to prove it.

Come check out Amanda's photos and her physique transformation.  You won't believe your eyes.

Until next time,
