Military Instructor Training

The Todd Group has a training team comprising of 80 instructors, all who have completed basic and advanced courses and testing phases. They have also attended continuation training and completed instructor courses. With the Todd Group military instructing contracts increasing by considerable it was necessary to conduct an instructor recruitment course. The candidates on this course have all been exponents and instructors for between 5 and 25 years.

The basic military CQB course instructed by the Todd Group incorporates skills from Phases 1 through 3 in armed and unarmed combat and requires the instructor to be current, qualified, confident and competant in the individual skills and principles as well as methods of instruction, the testing or assessment phase, marking and completing course reports.

This instructor course, July 28th to July 30th, identified over 20 new basic level instructors and several have already joined the training team and instructed on military courses.
