Kevin 'Big K' Taylor recently smashed his way through 726 concrete bricks in one minute and 26 seconds at the Metro Beach Metropark. He was attempting to break his own world record of 584 bricks in 57 seconds.
The World Records Academy of Miami, Florida, will verify the record.
Last year Taylor set the previous World record. This year his goal was 700 bricks under one minute.
After the event Taylor stated that: "It hurt like hell. It was really hard, but I'll be breaking again by Friday."
Around 400 people watched the event.
Taylor and his supporters set up 100 stacks of eight bricks. Halfway through the attempt Taylor's hand wraps came off leaving him with bloody hands.
