Today was our first Interclub Sparring Session (ISS), we invited clubs from North Waikato region to our first ISS held at the Huntly Mermorial Hall. It was a good turn out, with fighters from Town N town Club, Huntly Tae kwon do, some local boxers and of course The HKB club.

The participants ended up doing 3 minute X 15 rounds! It was all done on a 2 line rotation system so all the guys and gals got to sparr with differant club members and styles.

The large crowd thoroughly enjoyed the different styles with the opputunity to see muay thai against Tae kwon do and boxing against kickboxers etc.

All in all a good day for one and all. A big thanks goes out to Luci, Dot, Kim and Pam for all there work on the door and kitchen, Chris the timekeeper and to all those who made our first ISS a success.
