IPW brings New Zealand pro-wrestling back to television!

Auckland based Impact Entertainment Ltd. announced today that Impact Pro Wrestling will debut a weekly series entitled “IPW Ignition” this Saturday February 10 at midnight (Friday night) on Alt TV (Sky TV Channel 36 and terrestrially available in Auckland).

Impact Pro Wrestling have been running monthly events throughout Auckland for over five years and have, in that time, built up a very loyal fan base. The company has also started to run live events further a field, holding “IPW Collision” in Whangarei this Saturday February 10 – the first pro-wrestling event in the city for over 25 years.

“It’s been a long hard road getting to this point.”, said Impact Entertainment Ltd. Director Chuck Warner. “We’re absolutely thrilled that we can finally bring our brand of professional wrestling to New Zealanders and we’re sure pro-wrestling fans will tune in Friday nights on Alt TV!”.

IPW New Zealand Heavyweight Champion Jon E. King, “The Samoan Silverback” Alexander, Alfred Valentine, The Machine, “Lyte Playa” Roger Ventura, The Economist, “Handsome” Danny Jacobs and many more!
